PlayCred terms for players and account holders.
These terms cover account eligibility, earned credits, bookings, cancellations, conduct, liability, suspension, governing law, and the responsibilities that come with using the PlayCred platform.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, booking a game, earning credits, or otherwise using PlayCred, you agree to the user terms and the privacy policy that apply to the platform.
PlayCred is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older. If PlayCred learns that an account belongs to someone under 18, it may suspend or delete that account where allowed by law.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when you register and keep your details up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for all activity that happens through your account. PlayCred may use security checks, fraud-prevention tools, and device or log data to protect the platform and its users.
PlayCred may suspend or refuse access if it detects false, duplicate, abusive, or suspicious accounts.
3. Credits, bookings, and cancellations
Users can earn PlayCred credits by completing rewarded ad experiences and may use those credits to book eligible sports venues and sessions through the platform.
Credits are issued only after PlayCred confirms successful ad completion. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded as money unless PlayCred expressly says otherwise.
Booking, cancellation, waiting-list, and refund rules may be shown in the app for each game. If you cancel a booking, any credit refund will depend on the rules shown for that booking.
4. Conduct and content
You must use PlayCred lawfully and respectfully. That includes following venue rules, not abusing credits or promotions, and not creating fake or misleading activity.
If PlayCred allows profiles, comments, reviews, or uploads, you are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it does not infringe another person's rights or violate the law.
PlayCred may moderate or remove content and may take action if activity threatens users, venues, advertisers, or the platform.
5. Advertising and platform operations
PlayCred may show advertisements and may use that advertising activity to help fund rewards and bookings. Ad performance data may be used for reporting, fraud prevention, and service operation.
PlayCred does not promise that watching ads will lead to a booking, reward outcome, or specific result beyond the rules shown in the app.
6. Suspension, intellectual property, and liability
PlayCred may suspend or terminate access if you breach the terms, misuse credits or bookings, commit fraud, create duplicate accounts, or place users, venues, or partners at risk.
All PlayCred branding, software, design, content, and related intellectual property remain owned by PlayCred or its licensors. You only receive a limited right to use the platform for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayCred limits liability for indirect losses, third-party services, venue decisions, technical failures, and other losses outside its reasonable control. You agree to indemnify PlayCred for claims arising from your misuse of the platform or your breach of these terms.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai unless mandatory law requires another forum.
