How PlayCred uses and protects personal data.
This policy explains what personal data PlayCred may collect, how it uses that information, when it shares it, how long it keeps it, and what rights users may have.
1. What PlayCred collects
Depending on how you use the platform, PlayCred may collect account details, booking data, credit history, device and technical data, advertisement interaction data, user-submitted content, and payment-related information if paid features are enabled in the future.
Examples include your name, email address, phone number, booked games, reward completion history, device type, IP address, crash data, and information about ads you watch or click.
2. How PlayCred uses it
PlayCred may use personal data to create and manage accounts, manage bookings and cancellations, issue and track credits, display and measure advertising, prevent fraud, send operational notices, provide support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
For rewarded ads, PlayCred may use interaction data to confirm completion, prevent fake views, and provide advertisers with reporting such as impressions, completed views, clicks, and campaign status.
4. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can also request account deletion. PlayCred says it may keep limited information after deletion where it needs to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

5. Security, marketing, cookies, and automated systems
PlayCred uses reasonable security measures such as access controls, authentication, monitoring, and secure hosting, but no digital platform can promise perfect security.
The policy also covers marketing messages, cookies and similar technologies, third-party links, and automated systems used to detect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, and suspicious activity.
6. Changes and contact
PlayCred may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, it may notify users through the app, email, or another reasonable method.
