1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern advertising activity on PlayCred, including account registration, campaign setup,
creative submission, approval, publication, measurement, billing, and management.
By creating an advertiser account, topping up a balance, submitting advertising material, approving a
campaign order, or allowing a campaign to go live, the advertiser agrees to these terms.
2. Campaigns, placements, and pricing
PlayCred may offer rewarded videos, pop-up and interstitial placements, banners, confirmation-page ads,
splash placements, and other inventory introduced from time to time.
Campaigns may be governed by dashboard confirmations, proposals, invoices, insertion orders, or signed
campaign orders. The advertiser is responsible for checking that all campaign details are correct before
launch.
Unless a campaign order says otherwise, the public pricing framework in the PDF includes CPM-based delivery
for video and display placements and CPC charges for valid clicks on clickable ads.
3. Content review and standards
All creative assets, landing pages, claims, offers, and clickable destinations must be legal, accurate,
clear, decent, and compliant with UAE requirements.
PlayCred may reject or request changes to any material it considers misleading, unsafe, offensive,
reputationally risky, or unsuitable for the PlayCred audience.
Regulated categories such as crypto, finance, healthcare, education, insurance, real estate, and similar
sectors may require extra licences, approvals, substantiation, or legal confirmation before approval.
4. Billing, payments, refunds, and fraud
Advertiser charges are deducted from prepaid balances or billed under the commercial terms stated in the
campaign order or dashboard. PlayCred may require a minimum top-up before activation.
Delivery reports and dashboard data are the primary basis for billing unless there is a clear technical
error. PlayCred may exclude invalid traffic, fraudulent activity, duplicate clicks, bot activity, or other
suspicious behaviour from billable metrics.
Once delivery has started, committed balances for that live campaign are generally non-refundable unless
PlayCred agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and confidentiality
The advertiser is solely responsible for legal compliance across its products, services, landing pages,
targeting, data collection, and promotional claims.
Advertisers are also responsible for the accuracy and safety of their external links and destinations.
PlayCred does not guarantee business results, conversions, or return on ad spend.
PlayCred may use advertiser names and logos only in the ways permitted by the terms, and both parties may
owe confidentiality obligations around commercial information.
6. Suspension, liability, and governing law
PlayCred may pause, suspend, or terminate accounts or campaigns for breach, fraud, non-payment, or legal
risk. It may also pause campaigns if approvals, payments, or documents are incomplete.
The terms include liability caps, indemnity obligations, force majeure language, and notice rules designed
to limit PlayCred's exposure for campaign-related losses that sit outside its control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, Dubai. For legal
notices and account support, contact info@playcred.ae.
